I recently attended a private cooking demonstration and tasting brunch for interior designers in Vancouver with Top Chef Canada season three winner Matt Stowe. The event was hosted by Midland Appliances at their new showroom in Vancouver and GE Monogram to showcase their new line of contemporary designer kitchen appliances. Brunch was a two course tapas tasting with Chef Matt Stowe who put on quite a show for us well as the food being delicious. Thanks Chef Matt Stowe for the great eats!
