The residence was created with a square-shaped plan, making a symmetrical building exactly where all rooms surround the central living space. A living and dining space with 6 metre high ceilings sits at the centre of this small white home in Japan by architects Shinichi Ogawa & Associates.
A wall of bookshelves lines the edge of this room, whilst a long narrow skylight spreads organic light across the space and glass doors lead out to private courtyards at the north and south ends of the property.
